I graduated as an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact program in 2001. The Genuine Contact program fits with my worldview and my values. It is easily adaptable to different situations, which enables me to always find something that helps my organization take the next step. People I work with tell me that the tools and methods seem so natural that it hardly feels like working, which makes my work easier too.
My main area of interest is changing systems in organizations so that people can stay healthy and have enough space to do their work in the best way possible, with joy. My experience as a leader is valuable because I know what leaders are responsible for regarding administration and finances and also when it comes to empowering, mobilizing and motivating people to come and do the work, especially in voluntary organizations.
