Rachel Amanda works internationally with small business leaders as a mentor and coach, with focus on assisting small businesses to build a solid foundation for optimal growth from a clear and inspired purpose, strategic vision, and appropriate structure for the business’ development.
Rachel believes that all small business owners are inspired to their work to assist in fulfilling their life purpose, and her work within our holistic approach ensures this driving force is honored.
She also works as an associate consultant on many of our projects, lending her skills to meeting facilitation, strategic planning, leadership development and organizational change work. Through her work with Dalar, Rachel regularly facilitates Genuine Contact Program workshops, both in-person and online.
Rachel has been a part of the Dalar team since she completed her first Genuine Contact workshops in 1998. Since that time, she has worked alongside Birgitt Williams and Ward Williams as a virtual assistant and then as the Project Director for Dalar’s consulting projects. Rachel also serves as the first point of communication for all of our public workshop registrants, and has connected with hundreds of Genuine Contact Professionals around the world.
For nearly a decade, Rachel has been an authorized Trainer of the Genuine Contact™ program and approach and has been a Co-Owner of the program since 2006. Through this holistic approach to organizational and individual transformation Rachel has worked internationally with a variety of private and not-for-profit organizations with a considerable focus towards small business.
Rachel also served a term as an inaugural member of the global Leadership/Management Team of the Genuine Contact Co-Owners Group, Inc which provided her with the unique experience of working with a diverse, multi-cultural team located all over the world. These experiences have helped her to hone her skills and abilities to participate in highly engaging and effective distance meeting facilitation and coaching practices.
