Ward Williams works internationally with extraordinary leaders and businesses as a consultant, coach, mentor, and workshop leader. His values-led work is based on The Genuine Contact Way, a holistic approach to business success. He is co-founder and vice-president of Dalar International Consultancy, Inc.
Ward and Birgitt Williams are life partners and business partners, and have their headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Together, as well as developing Dalar International Consultancy, Inc, they are co-creators of the Genuine Contact™ program that is now used by leaders, managers, and consultants in many countries. Several thousand people have been trained in this program, and thousands more have benefited from leadership work using this program in organizations and in multi-organizational meetings. In 2006, as the program went into greater use in more countries, Birgitt and Ward opened co-ownership of the Genuine Contact program to authorized Genuine Contact trainers in the world. This resulted in the formation of The Genuine Contact Co-owners Group, Inc. Ward led the process of figuring out the legal aspects for a unique and international business model for a social entrepreneurship.
Ward has worked in many countries with numerous individuals and types of organizations over the past two decades. He is most passionate about working with leaders, scientists and others who are involved in environmental health including technologies for clean water, air, soil and energy sources.
Ward prepared for this work for over four decades including specialized training, and experience as an insurance and investment financial advisor, broker, personal coach, consultant, negotiator, meeting facilitator, and student of new technologies. His training has included Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) trainings in finance and securities to be multi-licensed as a securities representative specializing in tax planning and tax shelters as well as stocks, bonds and mutual funds. His training as a coach included not only his financial training, but also training in a variety of credible methods for belief reprogramming at a subconscious level including basic and advanced Avatar, basic and advanced Psychological-Kinesiogolgy, and Matrix Energetics. He has extensive training and makes use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); and in a variety of development systems from the Gestalt Institute in Ohio.
His coaching and consulting work is informed by his education, his life experiences including being a father to four children and stepfather to four, and his previous work experience as a financial advisor to businesses and families in the insurance industry and in private business specializing in new technologies. Ward developed his skills of working with individuals and organizations in both coaching and consulting capacities dealing not only with their finances but also their life goals and in how to develop strategies that would successfully accomplish those goals through thousands of interviews conducted over 34 years working with individuals, families and business owners developing their financial, retirement and estate planning as well as working with businesses in developing their employee benefit programs, both qualified and non-qualified.
