We offer a holistic approach to leadership development and organizational
development that achieves results that some call miraculous. Using
a holistic approach to business success, we assist leaders and
organizations to achieve greater success while simultaneously
assisting them to become a company of choice for employees to
work with and commit themselves to. We do this work guided by
our values, beliefs, and strategies. We believe in the power of Spirit.
Our clients have included all types and sizes of organizations
that are striving in the marketplace for excellence and effectiveness
that is sustainable and renewable. Our clients come from the private
sector, government services, institutions of higher education,
agencies involved in international development work, health care
services, social services, churches and their governing bodies,
associations, and inventors of new technologies for a better world.
Sometimes we work only with the CEO or formal leader or entrepreneur,
the leadership team, a single manager or management team. At other
times, we work with the whole organization. Our clients want to
be successful. Our clients are organizations, executives, and
consultants who strive for positive, productive development to
achieve organizational effectiveness. Some of our clients seek
us out because they are already experiencing success and seek
assistance to achieve ongoing and increasing levels of success.

Our Team…
Birgitt and Ward Williams have worked internationally with all
types of organizations, challenges, and opportunities. Birgitt
is best known for her pioneering work with intentional Conscious
Open Space Organizations. Her previous experience as a CEO and
deep knowledge of that experience, and what it takes to do it
well, influences her work. Birgitt works internationally with
leaders and organizations as a mentor, facilitator, teacher, healer
and workshop leader. Birgitt's internationally acclaimed work
for more than a decade has the health and balance of both the
organization and the individual as her primary focus. With her
partner Ward Williams, she developed the Genuine Contact™
program that is now taught in a number of countries. They have
initiated the Wellness (R )Evolution for Organizations. She has
a number of published articles and book chapters.
Ward Williams works internationally with leaders and businesses
as a consultant, coach, advisor, and workshop leader. Ward is
best known for his work with leaders and businesses that specialize
in new technologies for a healthier planet and healthier people.
Ward provides consulting services to assist the inventors and
business owners of these new technologies to successfully enter
the marketplace.
Birgitt and Ward are personally committed to creating opportunities
for higher consciousness and lead their lives and their businesses
accordingly. They are committed to enabling individuals and groups
access higher intelligence for greater inspiration and creativity.
They bring in associates that are graduates of their training
programs for assignments requiring more than one or two consultants.
Birgitt and Ward are based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA and
work from their home base healing center on Blair Cee Farm. For
retreat time or skill and capacity building, management teams
frequently come to the nurturing environment provided by Birgitt
and Ward at Blair Cee Farm. Every spring and fall, Birgitt and
Ward lead a full series of workshops here. Executives seeking
intensive coaching experiences do so at the Farm, in a cottage
exclusively for their use.

Our Logo and our Name…
Dalar International’s unique logo evolved from an infinity
symbol turned upright. It represents the interconnectedness of
all creation, the basic premise on which all of our work is built.
Clients have reported that for them it represented the interconnectedness
of earth with Spirit, or walking the mystical path with practical
feet or ‘as above, so below’. They also noted that
they see Heart in the logo. The logo also symbolizes the holistic
approach taken by Dalar International Consultancy in all of its
work and how the work is approached.
Dalar is a unique word, created from the initials of the names
of Birgitt’s four children (Ward’s four step-children)
– Rachel, Laura, David, and Aaron. Birgitt’s children
are of vital significance to her, and Ward and Birgitt wanted
to honor them in their organizational name. International denotes
the scope of its service. Dalar International Consultancy was
birthed with love. Love for Spirit, for all of Creation, and for
humanity is at the core of all of their work.
