Your learning from this experiential, interactive workshop will assist you to improve your skills, competencies, capabilities and capacity for carrying out organizational development assignments and projects.
Skill and Capacity Development
You will leave the workshop equipped with:
- Clarity about working with the Service Delivery Model to determine the scope of work
- Increased capacity to discern what is needed in the design of an ‘intervention’
- Understanding the importance of taking the time to achieve organizational readiness and engagement for an intervention
- The evaluation of designs based on case studies
- The creation of consulting designs based on real situations brought by the participants
Note: a Genuine Contact professional is a leader, manager, consultant, or coach who has taken at least one Genuine Contact workshop and has agreed to the Standard of Quality expected by the community of GC professionals.
Pre-requisite: previous experience in organizations with applying what has been learned in any of the modules of the Genuine Contact program.

Your Facilitators
Birgitt Williams, as one of the creators of the Genuine Contact program, has skilfully facilitated the Genuine Contact program workshops since 1990 as they were being created, tested, researched for effect, and developed into what became the Genuine Contact program. Birgitt brings her unique skills in assisting people to access their full intelligence. Birgitt is passionate about assisting individuals and organizations of individuals in shifting consciousness to achieve breakthroughs.
Internationally acclaimed health coach and member of our Dalar team, Rachel Assuncao, has worked with clients around the world, assisting each person in creating a unique understanding of their personal state of health and balance, and developing a plan for achieving and sustaining optimum health based on their specific goals. Rachel has also been working alongside the Dalar team, assisting in workshop facilitation since 2005 and has been facilitating Genuine Contact workshops since 2010. Genuine Contact way modules do not have pre-requisites, each providing a unique learning experience for specific applications.
