For over a decade, organizational development consultants and leadership development coaches from around the world have come to workshops offered by Dalar International Consultancy to enhance their skills, tools, techniques, concepts, knowledge and wisdom. The consultants and coaches who benefit from the teaching and mentoring provided by Dalar International Consultancy are those who choose to make the shift to a holistic approach to organizational and business success.
We provide foundational workshops, advanced skill development workshops, one to one mentoring, international mentoring circles, and an opportunity to join the Genuine Contact™ Community of professionals for life long learning as well as the benefits of being in a community of professionals who share common values. We provide ways to achieve a holistic ‘operating platform’ for coaching and consulting work within which the coach or consultant can apply their existing skills, knowledge and tools along with those that are learned by working with different modules of the Genuine Contact™ program. The existing Genuine Contact Community of professionals participates in the Genuine Contact Virtual Home as one portal as an international community of professionals. Consultants, coaches, and leaders who choose to learn the entire Genuine Contact program and graduate as authorized trainers in the program are given the option of becoming Co-owners of the Genuine Contact program.
