Success in achieving and sustaining organizational health and balance through the Genuine Contact program is dependent on building the capacity of individuals and organizations to navigate with change. When an organization designs and develops itself as a Genuine Contact Organization, an operating system for a living organization must be developed to achieve sustainable peak performance.
