Four Pillars of the Genuine Contact Program
The Genuine Contact way of working in organizations assists people to achieve a shift in consciousness in joy, creativity and productivity. It reminds us of what we, as members of the human family, have in common and the deeply interconnected nature of our existence and welfare. The Genuine Contact program is not values neutral. Clear values emerge from the five core beliefs of the program. As participants learn about simple tools and frameworks that are easily customized to their individuality, they discover increased personal empowerment and how to create the conditions to thrive. As they achieve greater personal success, they learn how to develop more effective, life nurturing organizations and tangible results. They learn how to achieve organizational breakthroughs through a shift in consciousness.
The Genuine Contact program is made up of four pillars including eleven components. The four pillars are Foundational Workshops, Advanced Skill Development Workshops, the Medicine Wheel Tool, and Mentoring Circles. When choosing a workshop module, it is helpful to begin by understanding your development goal.
