Every Genuine Contact program advanced skill development workshop is designed to provide techniques, tools, and concepts that have multiple applications for leadership, facilitation, consulting, and managing. Every workshop module provides a unique set of skills and knowledge as well developing the capacity of the participant. Taking the whole series provides a useful impactful learning intensive for those who need means of finding optimal organizational solutions in ways that are fast, simple and duplicable. As well, taking the whole series equips the participants to understand and take leadership in developing their organization as a Genuine Contact Organization for those who want to adopt the Genuine Contact Organization as an operational model for a highly engaged, high performing organization that sustains performance even in periods of rapid change. Organizational effectiveness in motion is achieved through adaptability, flexibility, a liberating structure along with an engaging participatory architecture. Graduates leave the workshop ready to use the techniques, tools, and concepts that are learned. They are given access to hundreds of resources. Graduates are given access to hundreds of resources. Graduates are invited to participate in an on line international mentoring circle.
Graduates of the final workshop module, Train the Trainer, are authorized to train others in the whole Genuine Contact program.
