This five day workshop module was developed to assist leaders to examine the competencies to thrive in change, to explore new levels of these competencies within themselves. It was designed to expand the capacity of leaders for leading flexible and adaptable organizations that sustain optimal, spirited performance. The workshop module was developed as a learning intensive for five days, providing the opportunity for participants to learn and to integrate their learning so that the expanded competencies and capacity are available for use beyond the workshop. The participants that this workshop was designed for have taken previous leadership development work of some sort, and have developed increased self awareness of staying in personal health and balance by taking the Genuine Contact Individual Health and Balance workshop module for leaders. This Holistic Leadership Development workshop module is for those who are ready for this next level of leadership development in an intensive workshop. Anyone wishing to lead their organization using the Genuine Contact Organization as their operating platform would benefit greatly from taking this workshop. We designed the Genuine Contact Organization workshop module first, and then realized that we needed a specific workshop module to assist the leaders of such organizations to expand their leadership competencies and capacity.
