The meeting methodologies used by Dalar International
Consultancy Inc. have proven track records for creating effective
participative environments. They are versatile enough to enable
the satisfactory achievement of your goals, however diverse, or
specific. They create the conditions for your organization to
benefit from the individual and collective wisdom of your people
and demonstrate that when collective wisdom is harnessed, ‘the
whole is noticeably greater than the sum of the parts’.
The primary methodologies we use for meeting facilitation

most open of the participative methodologies)
Whole Person Process Facilitation
(an open but more guided approach), and

(when situations of conflict need to be resolved before the organization
can move forward).
Our aim is to assist our clients achieve their goals by creating
meetings that tap into the individual and collective genius of
the participants and to access both intuitive and intellectual
knowledge. Our belief and experience is that the wisdom to find
the solutions that are needed are always present in the group.
We facilitate successful, highly participative meetings that range
in size from a few people to hundreds of people, and very in length
from a few hours to several days.

meetings in a number of different geographic locations, or deliver
a highly effective solution for bridging geographic distances
using Open
Space-Online® software for facilitating Open Space Technology
meetings online.
In many situations, a blended approach best serves the needs
of the client, using a combination of Whole Person Process facilitated
meetings and Open Space Technology meetings. Both are congruent
in approach so they work well in tandem. Often a Whole Person
Process Facilitated meeting precedes the Open Space Technology
meeting to prepare for the Open Space Technology meeting. As well,
often a Whole Person Process Facilitated meeting follows the Open
Space Technology meeting to assist in implementation. We also
use two additional highly participative meeting methodologies
as part of a blended approach to meet client needs including the
use of Appreciative Inquiry and the World Cafe.
An additional component of our blended approach when face to
face meetings are not possible, is the use of a highly participative
on line meeting methodology that replicates the Open Space Technology
meeting as closely as possible.
