The International Alliance for Mentoring (IAM) is a network of individuals and organizations on a global level whose purpose is to influence the future of humanity through mentoring. The IAM is a Conscious Open Space Organization whose purpose is to influence the future of humanity in becoming a harmonious place, by linking individuals and organizations who seek higher consciousness, higher awareness, highest good and highest joy through mentoring.

Within IAM, mentoring is defined as "encouraging service in the world based on truth and facilitating compassion, tolerance, self-love, mutual respect, and joy.”

At present, there are three ways to participate in the International Alliance for Mentoring:

1. Attend mentoring circles and/or conferences. The meeting format for most mentoring circles and conferences is Open Space Technology, which creates the right conditions for maximum participation and the possibility of developing actionable items for the future.

2. Host a mentoring circle or mentoring conference in your geographic area. Be sure to contact us and let us know the details of your event so that we can post it on our International Events Calendar.

3. Consider hosting an annual International Alliance for Mentoring conference for the international community interested in mentoring as a way to creating a better future. Again, please contact us with the details of your event and we will post them on this website.

4. Participate in the Harmony Project.
