In 2011 due to increased work and the adoption of a strategic goal of delivering regular on-line workshops, the principals of Dalar made the choice to expand its consulting and coaching team to include The Genuine Contact Way Project team of Laura Bolton, David Bolton and Rachel Assuncao.
