This ½ day workshop module was developed to provide a simple module for those interested in an orientation to a holistic approach to organizational success and the resulting benefits from such an approach. It allows participants to determine if they discern benefit in adopting a holistic approach for their organizations. And of course it provides some simple, easily duplicable tools. The greatest benefit of this workshop is that it initiates crucial conversations in an organization about the importance of upgrading the operating platform of an organization to one that is life nurturing as a way of increasing tangible results.
