to implementation, simple commitments and supporting mechanisms.
Developed by Emily and Dick Axelrod.
* Dialogue is a method that enables the suspension
of roles long enough for people to really listen to and with one
another. Doing so affects change of consciousness, and organizational
transformation. It was developed by Glenna Gerard and Linda Ellinor
and the Berkana
Institute.

Future Search was developed by Marv Weisbord and Sandra
Janoff. Future search assists participants to find their common
ground and then to develop plans for the future based on this
common ground. Conferences are generally for about 75 people.
* Search Conference was developed by Fred and
Merrelyn Emery. This methodology usually works with about 25 people.
It is designed for the group to develop strategic goals and action
plans, and based on open-systems theory.

is based on the benefits of conversation for working with systems
and shaping the future.
