Training is conducted in highly interactive workshops that cater to all learning styles. Singular workshops provide specific skills and knowledge for immediate and practical use. Some workshops have pre-requisites, requiring a combination of skills and knowledge for implementation. Workshops can also be bundled together for specific capacity development goals and for deep transformational learning experiences that have a rich impact on life and work. Bundles of workshops to be taken together currently include bundles for leadership development; fast access and implementation of organizational solutions; strategic planning; and certification to teach the Genuine Contact™ program.
Special events are offered at different times of the year in highly participatory formats either on line or face to face. The purpose of these special events is to provide opportunities for people who are living and working in the Genuine Contact way to experience the benefits of being with others who share similar concepts, techniques, tools, and optimism for life, work and communities. This coming together in community has innumerable benefits for daily life and work, as well as enhancing skills, knowledge, and applicability of same. Mentoring circles for peer to peer mentoring, with a focus on ourselves as life long learners, take place at different times of the year in different locations, with the primary offering of an annual international mentoring circle September 25th through 30th in North Carolina with the founders of the Genuine Contact Way of living and working.

In House Training Option
The Dalar International Consultancy team carries out training of our workshop modules ‘in-house’, anywhere in the world. This ‘in-house’ option is particularly beneficial to teams who wish to learn together and simultaneously strengthen the capacity of the organization.
