Program Times: Unless otherwise indicated, most of our online training programs run from 9 AM to 12 PM (EST). If there are changes to this schedule participants will be notified well in advance of the program date or specifics will be provided in the workshop details.
Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the program, you can always send a substitute—even at the last minute. Just email us to inform us of the change. In the case of online workshops for which a hard copy workbook has been mailed to the initial registrant, it is up to the initial registrant to provide the workbook to the substitute.
Payment Terms: Registration is not complete until full payment has been received.

Less than 15 days prior to workshop / No Refund Given. Full Credit towards another training within one year will be issued or right to send a substitute.
In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire fee unless Dalar International Consultancy is notified in advance.
Program Changes: An event may be cancelled by Dalar International Consultancy up to 21 days prior to the scheduled start if there are not enough registrants or due to circumstances beyond our control including ‘acts of God’ and world events.
Should the event need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no compensation for any expenses incurred by the registrants. In these circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for the same location as soon as possible.
Workshop Leadership: Workshop leadership is made up of a team of GC Trainers including Laura Bolton, Rachel Assuncao, David Bolton, Birgitt Williams and Ward Williams. Please refer to www.dalarinternational.com to confirm the leadership of each workshop. In the event of illness, Dalar International Consultancy reserves the right to provide a substitute leader from the Dalar team.
Special Needs: If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, special needs or handicaps, please make note on the first page of the registration form for face to face workshops. We endeavor to meet the needs of those with dietary restrictions in our food preparation when advance notice at time of registration is given.
Workshop Materials: Workshop registration includes workshop facilitation, workbook, any training materials required, and healthy snacks. For face to face workshops longer than 4 hours, lunch is included.
Location: Unless otherwise noted, all face to face USA based workshops are held at Highland Lake in Flat Rock, North Carolina (www.highlandlake.com). Registrants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the workshop locations, accommodations at Highland Lake during the workshops and all meals. Lunch, coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided to registrants each workshop day (programs running 9am to 5pm). Locations in other countries to be announced.
