All Dalar International Consultancy workshops are highly interactive, geared to different learning styles, and provide tools and techniques for immediate use and return on investment. All workshops taught by Dalar are based on the Genuine Contact way of living and working. Dalar teaches the nine workshops that make up the synergistically blended Genuine Contact program. As well, with its extensive experience in working with the Genuine Contact program, Dalar has developed and teaches some customized workshops of applying the Genuine Contact way of living and working. When choosing a workshop module, it is helpful to begin by understanding your development goal. Contact the Dalar team at connect@dalarinternational.com if you would like personal guidance in choosing the module(s) that would assist you in meeting your goal. Note that most of the workshop modules, whether offered on line or face to face, provide a specific set of tools, techniques and concepts, having great benefit taken on their own. There is no requirement to take the whole ‘program’. The program is offered for consultants, leaders and managers who want a simple synergistically blended approach of simple tools and processes for their organization.
