All of our workshops can be brought “in-house” to any location in the world for skill, capacity, and competency building for leadership teams and whole organizations or departments. Taking the workshops as a team is an excellent means of team development work while simultaneously learning new and sustainable tools, techniques, and concepts. You could contract for a single course to be brought “in-house”, a customized ‘bundling of workshops’ or contract for the whole series. Note that some workshops have pre-requisites.
We provide resources for lifelong learning and the learning organization. Our business model is one of co-leadership, collaboration and co-creation. Participants in any workshop are invited to participate in an online peer to peer mentoring forum. Graduates of even a single workshop can choose to become a Genuine Contact professional by agreeing to a quality standard. Graduates of the final module, Train the Trainer, are given the option of joining the Genuine Contact Co-owners Group, Inc, an international group of Genuine Contact trainers who co-own the program within a co-leadership model.
