He works primarily with leaders and businesses that specialize in new technologies for a healthier planet and healthier people. Together with his business partner Birgitt Williams, Ward assists leaders and the organizations to work in a healthy and balanced way that is congruent with the health and balance that the new technologies are offering to the planet and to humanity. Together, Ward and Birgitt developed the Genuine Contact™ program that is now taught and used in dozens of countries to achieve and sustain healthy, balanced organizations.
Ward prepared for this work for over three decades including specialized training and experience as an insurance and investment financial advisor, personal coach, consultant, negotiator, meeting facilitator and specialist in new technologies. His education has included trainings in finance and securities to be multi-licensed as a securities representative, overseen by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), specializing in tax planning and tax shelters as well as stocks, bonds and mutual funds; training in understanding and using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); training at PDS, Inc. (Productivity Development Systems, Inc.) and from the Gestalt Institute in Ohio. Ward completed training in both basic and advanced Avatar training, and recently Basic and advanced Psych-K training, both of which deal with belief reprogramming at a sub-conscious level.
His coaching and consulting work is informed by his education, his life experiences including being a father to four children and step father to four, and his previous work experience as a financial advisor to businesses and families in the insurance industry and in private business specializing in new technologies. Ward developed his skills of working with individuals and organizations in both coaching and consulting capacities dealing not only with their finances but also their life goals and in how to develop strategies that would successfully accomplish those goals through thousands of interviews conducted over 34 years working with individuals, families and business owners, developing their financial, retirement and estate planning as well as working with businesses in developing their employee benefit programs, both qualified and non-qualified.
Ward works in partnership with his life partner, Birgitt Williams. They live in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.
