Leaders today require levels of self-awareness and use their own self as an instrument of what they want to achieve in their organizations. In this workshop, leaders, facilitators, consultants, HR and OD specialists will learn how to do just that.
In this workshop, participants will deepen their skills, knowledge, ability and capacity to:
- Navigate through constant change and assist their organizations to develop skills, knowledge, ability and capacity to navigate with constant change
- Work from their feminine, masculine and integrated energies, learning how to access each and when to use each
- Work with situations of conflict
- Work from all four levels of consciousness—mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical and assist their organizations do the same
- Create synergistic work environments
- Work with the power of presence, the power of communication, and the power of influence deepening learning to use power wisely , ( and ) well and effectively to achieve results
- Learning how to create participative architectures for optimal organizational performance that includes liberating structures and frequent use of highly participative meetings
- Homework that will last a lifetime
Length: 7 days: 5 days at the workshop followed by two days
of follow up mentoring on a one to one basis

& the Individual Health and Balance workshop
