With Dalar I share the Genuine Contact approach to working with organisations and groups. This means that we collaborate with ease from a common set of values.

I support organizations to achieve a healthy work climate and effective forms of collaboration. I have a lot of experience with change and participation processes in organizations and (professional) communities. I also give Genuine Contact training courses and work as a facilitator for both online and in-person participative meetings and conferences.

Based in the Netherlands, I’m an independent consultant and also a partner in the international consultancy firm ElevateWork. Since this year I am a member of the Leadership Management Team of Genuine Contact worldwide. I work in both English and Dutch.
