My name is Sabine Bredemeyer and my company is called sabine bredemeyer & friends. I highly appreciate the cooperation with Dalar International Consultancy and the holistic approach and program of Genuine Contact™ because the simple but highly effective tools for personal and organizational change help people to manage change processes with more ease and a high degree of inspiration. On the basis of this program and its tools, people in change processes become more open, flexible and understanding, so that change can happen more easily.
In 2003 I became an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact program. Since then, I have been working with the tools of the GC program in every meeting, workshop, or large group conference because it makes working with people more organic and much easier. My clients greatly appreciate the effectiveness of my work with these simple and very effective tools. And not only the tools help me to be a better consultant: In the Genuine Contact workshops, I went through a personal development as a consultant and trainer, which helped me to better and more deeply understand my role as a facilitator and catalyst.
As a graduate of the University of Heidelberg (Linguistics/Philology/Law) and founder of the international network “sabine bredemeyer & friends”, I live near Osnabrück and have been an independent consultant for Holistic Organizational Development, coach, trainer and facilitator since 1987.
Multilingual in German, English, French, Russian, and Spanish, I work on the topics of organisational health and organisational development, conscious leadership, and personal development. My clients are large and medium-sized German and international companies, organizations, and communities.
I have published articles and co-authored several books on organizational change, large group interventions, and management tools. In 2019 I published my book “Happy Leaders Happy People Great Results” in German. Of course, it is based on the Genuine Contact ™ program and shows how leaders can take 5 surprisingly simple steps to achieve balance, inspire their employees, and of course become more successful. It will also be published in English in 2021. I am also a speaker at German and international conferences.
Since 2020 I have a teaching assignment at the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück on the topic of “Leadership and Team Development”, in which I teach the basics of the Genuine Contact program.
I see myself as a catalyst that helps organizations, communities, and individuals to create conscious leadership and healthy growth.
