Rachel Bolton is an organizational development consultant and leadership consultant who partners with purpose-driven leaders to create conditions where organizations thrive. As Senior Consultant at Dalar International and Director of the Genuine Contact Organization, Rachel brings more than twenty years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity, build capacity, and achieve sustainable transformation.
Rachel’s education includes: Authorized Trainer in the Genuine Contact Program, Certified Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and diploma in Writing, Producing, and Directing from SAIT’s Radio, Television, and Broadcast News program.
Rachel’s diverse background uniquely positions her for this work. Her early career in corporate video production – writing, producing, and directing – developed her capacity for setting and holding clear vision, managing complex projects, and leading diverse teams across varied organizational contexts. This foundation, combined with her training as an Authorized Genuine Contact Trainer and Certified Coach, enables her to bring a holistic, systems-based perspective to organizational challenges.
Rachel’s consulting work focuses on four interconnected areas: simplifying leadership by helping leaders create conditions where people step into their own leadership; facilitating participatory processes that unlock collective wisdom; designing organizations that build resilience across six cultural dimensions (strategy, leadership, accountability, well-being, development, and service); and coaching individuals and teams to access their authentic leadership and work with renewed purpose. Her approach builds on existing strengths and integrates both business goals and development goals – creating sustainable change that serves both organizational performance and the growth of people.
Rachel’s work has spanned three continents and more than a half a dozen countries, bringing the Genuine Contact approach to diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Whether working with small nonprofits or medium-sized businesses, Rachel creates space for organizations to discover their own path forward.
Rachel has served as a Steward and Co-Owner of Genuine Contact since 2006. As Director of the international Genuine Contact Organization, she leads a global community of consultants, coaches, leaders, and facilitators who share a commitment to participatory, life-nourishing approaches to organizational development.
Rachel’s insights on organizational development and facilitation have been featured in multiple publications, including chapters in “The Genuine Contact Way: Nourishing a Culture of Leadership” and “Facilitating with Stories: Ethics, Reflective Practice, and Philosophies.”
Rachel’s work embodies the belief that every organization holds within it the blueprint for its optimal health – her role is working with you to create the conditions where that inherent wisdom can emerge and guide sustainable transformation.
