We invite you to our “train the trainer” workshop to become authorized to teach all of the components of Genuine Contact Program. Join a growing number of colleagues internationally who are working with the Genuine Contact Program, enabling organizations to be healthy and balanced.

The Genuine Contact Program is the vehicle to develop the Genuine Contact Organization. The Genuine Contact Organization does better through increasing its capacity to navigate with change and to take advantage of opportunities as they arise. It does better because it taps into the wisdom of all of the people involved to find the best solutions. It does better because attention is paid to the underpinning “operating system” of the organization, ensuring a healthy terrain from which work gets done effectively with results that surpass expectations.

Skill and Capacity Building

You will leave this experiential, interactive workshop equipped with:

  • Designs for teaching the nine workshop modules of the Genuine Contact Program and authorization to use them
  • Authorization to use the workbooks which are provided in electronic format for the trainer to have printed in their geographic location. Note that there is no licensing fee, however on an honor basis, trainers pay $10USD per workbook printed to Dalar.
  • Hundreds of other resources of the Genuine Contact Program for use in teaching others including an array of handouts, graphics, diagrams  to choose from categorized for use in specific workshops and easily searchable
  • An expanded understanding of the meeting method Whole Person Process Facilitation
  • A working knowledge of creating mentoring circles and options for facilitating peer to peer mentoring
  • An expanded understanding of the process of organizational transformation
  • An expanded understanding of the key ingredients needed for organizational health and balance
  • An expanded understanding of your work in the world and why you do it, enabling you to develop practical strategies that move your purpose and vision forward
  • An expanded understanding of working with purpose, leadership, vision, community, management, and relationships within an organization
  • An expanded understanding of genuine contact as a key to growth and evolution
  • An expanded understanding of working with Spirit
  • Participation in a face to face international mentoring circle allowing the graduates the opportunity to meet and participate with graduates from previous years
  • Opportunity to become a Co-Owner of the Genuine Contact Program

Authorization to Teach the Genuine Contact Program

Graduates of the Train the Trainer program are authorized to teach all of the components of Genuine Contact program both as a public offering as well as inside organizations, corporations, and other groups. Graduates of ‘train the trainer’ are authorized to train others in all of the modules including the ‘train the trainer’ module, thus ensuring that a graduate has the authority to confer authority to teach the Genuine Contact program to others.

For example, you might come from a distant country to become an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact program. When you return home, you can lead public workshops to train others in all of the modules, including authorizing graduates of your own Train the Trainer programs to lead their own training sessions. A second example is to imagine having a selected number of people in your company learn the Genuine Contact program with us. Once these people graduate from the final component, the ‘train the trainer’, they can be the ones to train others within your workforce in this program or its specific components.

Co-Ownership of the Genuine Contact Program

When you graduate from the ‘train the trainer, you join a growing number of colleagues internationally who are working with the Genuine Contact Program.  Graduates of the “train the trainer” become co-creators of the Genuine Contact program within a limited set of “givens”.

Graduates have the opportunity to participate in this co-creation and to choose to also become co-owners. Co-ownership has a financial commitment of support and is voluntary. Graduates are expected to engage in life long learning, expanding their personal experience of genuine contact as well as expanding their knowledge of the subject matter in the different workshop modules. The Genuine Contact Co-owners Group, Inc provides for this life long learning and expansion through an online international mentoring circle via a virtual home. Graduates have the opportunity to experience the Genuine Contact Co-owners Group, Inc as a Genuine Contact Organization (GCO), providing ongoing learning in a lived experience of an international and evolving GCO. Participating in this online mentoring circle, assisting in the co-creation of the Genuine Contact program, and even participating in decision making as a Co-owner all give graduates the opportunity to hone their skills, knowledge, and capacity.
