In-Person Learning Modules
In-person workshops are offered at locations around the world. Please refer to the workshop registration page for terms and conditions of cancellation for each workshop. When registration and payment is handled by the workshop sponsor, any refunds are made in accordance with their cancellation policy and are not the responsibility of Dalar International Consultancy.
For small group residential workshops sponsored by Dalar International Consultancy with registration completed on this website, no refund is available when participation is cancelled by the participant as spaces are limited. You may substitute another participant in your place at any time up to the start of the first workshop day.
Online Learning Modules
When modules are provided online:

Until access is provided to the self-study materials / 100%
At least 30 days prior to workshop start date / 60%
30-15 days prior to workshop start date / 40%
Less than 15 days prior to workshop start date / No Refund Given
Learning Packages
When 2 or more modules are purchased at the same time as part of a learning package, the refund policy assumes that the workshop start date is the start date of the earliest module registered for.
No Show Policy
In fairness to all attendees, for all of our workshops, online or in-person, confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire fee.
