As a leader, nearly all your time goes to everything and everyone else. But when you’re depleted or out of balance, everything becomes harder – the decisions, the patience, the capacity to hold space for others.
Your health and balance aren’t separate from your leadership effectiveness. They’re the foundation of it.
This November and December, invest four Fridays in building the sustainable and regenerative capacity that makes your leadership genuine and effective over the long haul.
What You’ll Create
Through participatory processes in a small group (maximum 20 participants), you’ll work with a holistic framework covering four essential perspectives: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.
You’ll create a regenerative plan uniquely yours for:
- Daily practices that sustain your capacity
- Weekly rhythms that support your well-being
- Monthly check-ins to monitor your health and balance
- Seasonal adjustments as your life and work evolve
- Annual renewal to deepen your practice
More importantly, you’ll learn how to monitor and adjust your plan so it continues to support you through whatever changes life brings.
Why This Workshop Works
Participatory Learning in Small Groups
Maximum 20 participants means you receive real benefit from the process. The diversity of perspectives enriches everyone’s learning while the small size ensures personalized attention.
Time Between Sessions
Four weekly sessions give you dedicated time to reflect on what’s emerging and begin implementing your developing plan. Your health and balance will come into your awareness differently simply by doing this work.
Building on What You Know
This isn’t about starting from scratch. You’ll identify what you’re already doing to take care of yourself and build on those existing strengths while addressing areas that need attention.
Designed for Regular Practice
This workshop can be taken annually to reconnect with your genuine contact with yourself and renew your commitment to your health and balance as your life and leadership evolve.

As We Enter Year-End
Right now, you’re pushing toward year-end goals while already thinking about what’s ahead in 2027. The demands are high. The pace is intense.
What would it mean to enter the holidays and new year with a renewed commitment to your health and balance?
One participant from last year shared that taking this workshop in the lead-up to the holidays transformed her experience. She entered that season with much more ease and joy than in previous years because she knew what to tend to and had the tools to do it.
Registration Closes November 24
To give everyone time to complete the pre-work before our first session, registration closes November 24, 2026.
You deserve this time. Your work will benefit. So will you.
