Develop the frameworks and facilitation confidence to diagnose and guide organizational health renewal – and leave with a personal diagnosis plan and a regeneration approach tailored to a real organizational context.

Something in the environment keeps working against everything you are trying to build. You address one area and another shows the same signs. The people are capable. The work matters. And yet the patterns persist.

This happens not because the effort has been wrong, but because the conditions producing the patterns have not been visible. Organizations have interior conditions that either support the health and vitality of the people within them or quietly deplete both. When those conditions are not in view, change efforts address the surface while the underlying patterns continue.

This workshop gives you the frameworks to make those conditions visible – and the practical capacity to guide an organization through the work of renewal.

What You’ll Create

Working with a real organizational context you bring to the workshop, you will develop:

  • A participative diagnosis plan designed from the start to be life-nurturing – with transparent communication, appropriate timing, and genuine participation built into every stage
  • Practical experience working with a set of simple, duplicable diagnostic frameworks that surface the current state of organizational health across multiple dimensions: environment, purpose, leadership, relationships, and stage of development
  • A regeneration approach tailored to your context – shaped by what the diagnosis reveals, not a fixed template you have to fit the organization into
  • The capacity to recognize and work with grief, loss, and healing processes as natural features of organizational change – including how to distinguish a healing crisis from a failure of the process
  • Concrete commitments for your own organization or practice, supported by ongoing access to peer-to-peer mentoring circles after the workshop

Why This Workshop Works

The diagnosis begins the work of renewal. Most approaches teach you to assess first and then intervene. This workshop is built around the understanding that a diagnosis done well – transparently, participatively, with timely sharing of information – is already an act of regeneration. The way you gather information is the beginning of the work, not the precursor to it.

Simple frameworks for complex situations. The diagnostic and regeneration frameworks in this module are designed to be simple and duplicable – practical enough to use from within the organization, clear enough to work with across levels and departments, and useful enough to return to over time. Simple frameworks make complex situations more workable, not less.

A regeneration plan that fits your organization. There is no fixed sequence you have to follow or model you have to fit the organization into. You will develop the understanding of principles and sequence that allows you to design a regeneration process that is well-suited to the organization’s specific starting point and needs – not a generic approach, but one shaped by what this particular organization requires.

Built on what participants bring. You work with a real organizational context throughout the workshop. The diagnosis plan and regeneration approach you leave with are not generic examples – they are built around a real situation, a real set of conditions, and your own understanding of what is needed.
