Every day, you operate from beliefs and assumptions you may not even realize you hold. These invisible forces shape what you see, how you interpret situations, and the decisions you make as a leader.
The gap between who you want to be and how you actually show up? That’s often your unconscious worldview at work.
Your worldview is the often-invisible driving force behind your leadership.
When it remains unconscious, it creates unintended consequences, limits your impact, and keeps you stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
This January, invest two half-days in bringing your worldview into consciousness – creating the alignment between your mind, heart, and action that makes authentic leadership possible.
What You’ll Create
Through participatory processes in a small group (maximum 20 participants), you’ll work with the Deep Essence Tool to map your worldview across seven dimensions: story, spirit, purpose, values, assumptions, structures, and behaviors/actions.
You’ll create a conscious design for:
- Understanding what currently shapes your perceptions and decisions
- Identifying the beliefs and assumptions you want to carry forward
- Recognizing what needs to shift or be released
- Articulating your preferred worldview with clarity
- Developing practical strategies for daily implementation
- Creating touchstones that anchor your preferred worldview
- Building structures and behaviors that embody your intentions
More importantly, you’ll learn how to work consciously with your worldview so it continues to support your leadership as circumstances change.
Why This Workshop Works
Comprehensive 6-Phase Learning Journey
Based on the Evolutionary Spiral, each phase builds on the previous to ensure deep understanding and practical application – from baseline assessment through ongoing monitoring and adjustment.
Participatory Learning in Small Groups
Maximum 20 participants means you receive real benefit from the process. The diversity of worldviews enriches everyone’s learning while the small size ensures personalized attention and expert feedback.
Building on Your Strengths
This isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. You’ll identify what already works in your current worldview and consciously design how to align it more fully with your deepest intentions.
Ongoing Support
Access to facilitated peer-to-peer mentoring circles and a 1-year complementary membership* to the Genuine Contact Organization provides continued learning and support beyond the workshop.

Who This Serves
This workshop is for leaders, consultants, managers, and organizational development specialists who:
- Have clear intentions or dreams but struggle because something invisible keeps getting in the way
- Want to align their stated values with how they actually show up
- Are developing organizational culture and need conscious awareness of their own worldview first
- Recognize that tensions with others may stem from different worldviews, not personal conflicts
- Are ready to examine the often-unconscious patterns beneath their thoughts and emotions
- Value learning in a small group where diverse perspectives deepen understanding
You don’t need prior experience with the Genuine Contact program. This module stands on its own and serves as an excellent entry point into conscious, intentional leadership.
As We Enter a New Year
Right now, you’re likely reflecting on the year behind and setting intentions for what’s ahead. You may be naming goals, identifying what you want to create, or committing to how you want to lead differently.
What would it mean to start 2026 with conscious clarity about the invisible force that will either support or undermine everything you’re setting out to achieve?
The leaders who create the most positive impact are those who consciously understand their worldview and intentionally align their perceptions, values, and actions with their deepest intentions.
Your Facilitators
Doris Gottlieb is fascinated with what she calls the invisible things and how they impact the life of organizations and those who lead them. As an organizational consultant and mentor with over 25 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in working consciously with worldviews.
Rachel Bolton brings simple and practical approaches to working with worldview in service of leadership and organizational development. As Director of the Genuine Contact Organization and Senior Consultant at Dalar International, she specializes in creating transformative learning experiences.
Doris and Rachel are the co-creators of this module, collaborating since 2015. The workshop grew from their shared experience with clients and their work developing the International GCO – learning what it takes to consciously work with worldview in both consulting relationships and their own leadership practice.
Registration Closes January 27
To give everyone time to complete the pre-work before our first session, registration closes January 27, 2026.
Don’t let another month pass operating from unconscious assumptions that may no longer serve you.
You deserve this clarity. Your leadership will benefit. So will everyone you serve.
