Our Location: NIIT University

The 100-acre NIIT University (NU) campus in Neemrana, Rajasthan, is among the greenest and most eco-friendly campuses in the country today. Built to suit the terrain and climate, they continually striving to minimise their carbon footprint. The college buildings and residential dorms are cooled through a unique pioneering initiative called ‘Green Air-conditioning’ using Earth Air Tunnels. Other sustainability initiatives include the walk-only campus, as well as reforestation measures using local tree species, drip irrigation, and water, wastepaper and kitchen-waste recycling.

Our main meeting room will be large and spacious, with breakout spaces available both indoors and outdoors.

Acclimatization Days

Especially for international guests, we recommend to arrive in Delhi between June 28 and July 1. These acclimatization days will help to overcome jetlag, get used to the climate, and provide the opportunity for spending time together with fellow participants before we begin.

We recommend The Metropolitan Hotel for the days between your arrival and July 2 when we travel to NIIT University together (more on the hotel). It is located in one of the most colourful shopping and business districts in Delhi. The streets nearby are filled with street vendors, an experience not to be missed or easily forgotten. The distance to a number of great sights to see is not far. All of this provides plenty of options for activity on these acclimatization days (at your own cost).

One activity being organized is a group travelling together to the Taj Mahal on July 1. If you would like to participate in this day, please let us know.
